Training Courses & workshops
You will need to pay a set fee per participant at the time of booking. You can cancel without penalty provided you give us no less than 7 days’ written notice by email prior to the date of the workshop.
For all teaching carried out remotely, all participants will need to ensure they have an adequate internet connection. We cannot be held responsible and no refunds will be given for connectivity or other issues outside of our control.

Undertaking work for you – your commitments
In order to build you a site or make changes, I will need some of your time, and resources. You will need to provide information in a timely fashion. If I have been unable to reach you for 14 days or more, then I may be forced to move onto other projects, in which case I will send you an invoice for the full amount quoted.
Maintenance Agreements
The maintenance agreement first payment would be due within 2 weeks of the first month’s work being completed. The maintenance agreement may be cancelled by either Small Business Web Support, or the Client, at any time, with one months notice. Please see Ts&Cs for full details
Your Data
Accepting a quotation means you agree that Small Business Web Support may hold your contact details, including telephone number, email address and social media details for the purposes of contacting you regarding the services I am providing. I will not give this information to any third party, and it will not be used for marketing purposes, although I might send you a Christmas greeting if that’s OK. For more details take a look at the privacy policy.
Professionalism
I take my job very seriously, and I have been an IT professional a very long time. I will protect the information you give me, and look after any account details I hold on your website. I will not reveal any passwords to another person and I will use strong passwords.
I will only make updates and changes to your website to complete the work that you have asked me to do. I will not make updates that I consider harmful to your website, and I will warn you before making any major changes. I will only make live updates to your pages once you have agreed they are ready. I will not make any updates on a friday, or just before I go away, this is industry standard practise, just to be on the safe side.
For peace of mind,in the unlikely event of a problem. I have full professional indemnity insurance. I have absolutely no intention of ever needing to use it.
