Undertaking work for you – your commitments
In order to build you a site or make changes, I will need some of your time, and resources. You will need to provide information in a timely fashion. If I have been unable to reach you for 14 days or more, then I may be forced to move onto other projects, in which case I will send you an invoice for the full amount quoted.
The maintenance agreement first payment would be due within 2 weeks of the first month’s work being completed. The maintenance agreement may be cancelled by either Small Business Web Support, or the Client, at any time, with one months notice. Please see Ts&Cs for full details
I take my job very seriously, and I have been an IT professional a very long time. I will protect the information you give me, and look after any account details I hold on your website. I will not reveal any passwords to another person and I will use strong passwords.
I will only make updates and changes to your website to complete the work that you have asked me to do. I will not make updates that I consider harmful to your website, and I will warn you before making any major changes. I will only make live updates to your pages once you have agreed they are ready. I will not make any updates on a friday, or just before I go away, this is industry standard practise, just to be on the safe side.
For peace of mind,in the unlikely event of a problem. I have full professional indemnity insurance. I have absolutely no intention of ever needing to use it.
